Another Master Throwdown!!!! One Day,June 9th!

Ocean State CrossFit will be hosting it’s 1st Annual Masters Throwdown at their box on Saturday June 9th at 9 AM.
Where: Ocean State CrossFit, 50 Freeway Drive, Cranston, RI 02920
When: Saturday, June 9th, 2012 at 9:00am
Cost: $65
A little about the event:

• Individual competition with five scored events
• Events will test work capacity, not skill, making it inclusive for ALL levels of fitness
• There will be four age divisions for both men and women: 40-45; 46-50; 51-55; 55-60; and 61+  You must pick the division based on your current age the date of the event, no rounding up.
• Competition registration will be $65 which will cover entry, T-Shirts, and prizes for winners
• Prizes will be awarded to top two finishers of each division
• We will have judges present
• Spectators are free!
• Plenty of parking and we will run the event indoors and outdoors
• It’s going to be really awesome!!!
• If you want the proper sized T-Shirt please Register by May 9th!
• WODs will be released a week before the event
