If you don't take a break, you will feel like poop!

REST or
R=really      
E=exceptional
S=stillness &
T=time off

AND, IF YOU DON'T DO THE ABOVE YOU can be accused of being:

TIRED or
T=totally
I=irresponsible (because of)
R=repeated
E=exercise
D=daily

I worked out 5 days in a row last week. Not a good idea, by Friday I felt like cr..p! Lesson learned, I won't do it again (or realistically, I will try not to do it again)
