SADLY, this is true of our society. Wake up people!

I realize that Paleo is not the way to eat for some people. I don't eat paleo ALL the time, I try to most of the time. But, we have to get our bad eating habits under control. We overindulge, let our kids overindulge, and it just makes for unhealthy and unhappy over-eaters!  Check out the Paleo information and see what you can do to change your eating habits.
"Evolution has not kept pace with advances in agriculture and food processing resulting in a plague of health problems for modern man. Coronary heart disease, diabetes, cancer, osteoporosis, obesity and psychological dysfunction have all been scientifically linked to a diet too high in refined or processed carbohydrate."

If you don't know what a refined or processed carbohydrate is, please read the info above, to find out.

  1. AT 63, I can relate. I cannot push the weight the "youngsters" do but I can do the movements and am gratified by the support and encouragement I get from my fellow cross fitters. Much different than the iron gyms for sure. Been a gym rat all my life and Cross Fit is the best.
