"Bob Harper to Endorse Crossfit"?

 FROM THE WEBSITE:  FLESHEATINGZIPPER.COM
The Biggest Loser's Bob Harper
Bob Harper, the tattood personal trainer on The Biggest Loser, was spotted doing a main site WOD (work out of the day) and recently earned a CrossFit certification. Sure it doesn’t like anything spectacular, but after Reebok and ESPN’s involvment, this might be another step for CrossFit’s mainstream popularity.

What is CrossFit? Some will say it’s Olympic style training/lifting mixed with gymnastics, body weight, and a little bit of running based in a group setting. Some will say it’s a well-rounded, high intensive exercise routine that anyone can do. Some will say it’s a cult. One thing for sure, is that it’s been getting a lot of mainstream attention lately and there’s no slowing down in sight.
With Reebok’s 10 year partnership and ESPN backing the games, the unique sport is taking off without a hitch. And who else but Bob Harper would be the next one to jump on the bandwagon? Now that Bobby’s officially hooked and certified, do you think he’ll bring some WOD’s to The Biggest Loser? Maybe there’ll be a new TV show developing based on CrossFit. Perhaps he’ll drop his partnership with Quaker since paleo is the number one nutrition plan in most CF box’s. If that’s the case, get ready for the explosion of athletes at your local CrossFit gyms."
