We’re committed to the Paleo lifestyle and we’re passionate about clean eating (that’s what our PaleoChef line is all about); and George has been a great supporter of our mission to help at-risk youth through Steve's Club National Program, our non-profit. Most of all, we hope to live our lives by the simple philosophy George gives in the opening note to his new e-cookbook, Caveman Feast:
